All of our adult Cockers are Triple regsitered with AKC, APRI, and CKC. We currently only offer AKC papers on breeding contracts, this is our choice. Pets are available with APRI or CKC papers. Since we do not show our Cockers, we do not offer show contracts at this time on them, but we do have some nice lines and you are free to show your puppy if you wish. If you are interested in a puppy or being put on our waiting list, please fill out the questionaire and email it to mastiffsinky@aol.com . Each puppy comes with a 4 generation pedigree, registration papers, all puppy shots and wormings appropriate for their age, tails docked and dew claws removed, a one year congenital health guarentee, and a small bag of food to help ease the transition into a new home. We offer complete support to any of our buyers by phone or email. We will microchip if requested.
We also will give a gift of a tote bag featuring your choice of a stock Cocker Spaniel printed on it, or a collage of your puppies photos. These are printed by us, and of course are available for sale on my purse website. Katie's Purses & More

Cocker Prices and payments:
Each litter will be priced as it is born. Generally pets start at $200 and go up to $1000. Breeding contracts start at $300 and go up to $1500. Merle puppies that do not have a deposit on them by the time their eyes open are subject to a price increase if they have blue eyes. Merles that are reserved before this time can not be guarenteed to have blue eyes. Deposits are usually half the purchase price of a puppy and are non refundable.

We accept puppy payments by walmart (Money Gram), and money order. The puppies need to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age unless other arrangements are made.
Discount: We are currently offering a $100 discount to anyone purchasing 2 puppies at the same time whether they be for pets or breeding.
